Pineapple Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup light vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Put ingredients in a blender. Puree and pour.

Serves two

Each serving contains about 98 calories, 4 grams protein, 0 grams fat, 20 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber, and 66 mg sodium. You also can add a little vanilla yogurt for density and flavor.
