If you slouch, here's a way to improve your posture: Sit cross-legged with your arms at your sides and palms up and open. Reach your arms above your head, clasp your fingers together, flip your hands so palms face out and stretch your hands to the ceiling while you pull in your stomach. Slowly lower your arms and reach forward to stretch your lower back.
