Milk, yogurt and cheese are the main sources of calcium in the American diet. You should aim for two to three servings of dairy products each day, says the Office of Dietary Supplements. A serving of dairy is 8 ounces of milk or yogurt, 1.5 ounces of natural cheese or 2 ounces of processed cheese.
